SBI Quick – MISSED CALL BANKING is an application offered by SBI that allows users to access banking services by simply giving a missed call or sending an SMS with predefined keywords to specific mobile numbers.

This service can only be activated for the mobile number registered with a specific account at the bank.

  • Mobile top-up/recharge can be done for your registered mobile number with the bank (MOBRC)
  • To complete the process successfully, send the activation code received on your mobile handset immediately.

What if I have two account numbers with the bank and the same mobile number registered on both accounts?

You can register one mobile number for any one of the accounts. If you want to change the mapped account number, you need to first deregister SBI Quick from the first account and then register for the second one.

Is it mandatory to have the mobile number registered with the bank for a particular account to use SBI Quick?

Yes, it is mandatory. If it is not registered, you need to visit your home branch and update your mobile number.

Is SBI Quick available for all types of accounts?

SBI Quick is currently available for SB/CA/OD/CC accounts.

How is this facility different from Yono Lite or Yono?

There are two distinct differences:

1. You don't need a login ID or password to use SBI Quick. Just one-time registration from the mobile number recorded with the bank for that specific account.
2. SBI Quick only provides enquiry and ATM block services. Unlike State Bank Anywhere or State Bank Freedom, there are no transaction services available.

Is there a limit to the number of enquiries that can be made in a day/month?

As of now, there is no such restriction. It is unlimited.

What are the charges for this service?

1. The service is currently free of charge from the bank.
2. A call for balance inquiry or mini statement will include an IVR message of 4 seconds, which will be played after 3-4 rings.

• If you disconnect the call while it is ringing, no charge will be recovered from you by the service provider.
• If you keep the call active until the IVR is played, you will be charged for these 3-4 seconds as per your mobile tariff plan.

Now you can find the address and location of SBI Branches, ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines, and CSP (Customer service point) through SBI Quick.
Users can navigate based on their set location, selected category, and radius.
Users can set either their current location captured through GPS or manually set their location.
Users can also find directions to reach SBI Branches, ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines, and CSP (Customer service point) with this app.
